  • Who does the work and who will supervise the job?

    TLC Painting uses the “Lead Painter” system. Each of our experienced Lead Painters works and manages a set crew of two or three experienced painters. Lead Painters do not change throughout the job. The continuity of this system offers many advantages, for example, the crew is more productive and efficient as a team because they understand each others style and skills.

  • What kind of product do you use?

    We predominately use the highest quality products from Sherwin Williams and Benjamin Moore and are experienced in the use of many other products.

  • Are you insured?

    Yes. We carry Worker’s Compensation insurance and a $2M general liability insurance policy that provides our clients with the protection and peace of mind they deserve.

  • I’ve had bids before, and I get some prices that are high, low and all over the place. Why?

    The cost of the job is usually determined by the level of thoroughness, attention to detail, and quality desired, for example, it costs more to properly prepare a surface for painting than to give it the“quick once over.” 

  • Will you complete my job from start to finish without interruptions?

    Yes. We believe every client is equally important. We would not jeopardize our relationship with interruptions.
