Initial Consultation
For every residential painting project, expect to meet with a member of our TLC Painting team. We will review your project with you and consult with you on the scope of your project. Daily trips to Dover, Framingham, Natick, Needham, Newton, Sherborn, Walltham, Wayland, Wellesley, Weston, and Boston Metro West Area. What do you need painted? What painting process do you want? How much prep work should you expect? What type of paint would you like? How long will your project take?
Full Written Estimate
At TLC Painting we believe you should have a full, written estimate as to the scope of work TLC Painting will provide. The cost of a project is usually determined by the level of thoroughness, attention to detail, and quality desired. It costs more to properly prepare for a project and our written estimates will review this for you. We encourage you to ask us questions on your project so you can make a fair comparison with other bids.
Lead Painter Assigned
Every project at TLC Painting is assigned a Lead Painter. Our experienced Lead Painters manage a set crew of two to three painters, all of which are full time employees. Our Lead Painter is assigned to your project and will not change throughout the job bringing continuity and accountability to your project.
Daily Project Management
What sets TLC Painting apart is that we will check in daily on your projects to evaluate the progress and address any concerns you may have. Our customers love our attentive service!
